@eBay worst experience ever this weekend. They have proof of delivery and denied my son his payment (not small) for a digital good. They sided with the buyer who blatantly and obviously stole. @eBay thanks for supporting sellers in your two sided marketplace???

@AskeBay I sat on the phone with your seller support for an hour yesterday with no help. The item was bought for $700+ and my son is in tears as it is gone??? And no seller support even though we provided all the evidence of the transaction. We won’t be using @ebay @askebay EVER AGAIN.
