I feel like a lot of times, as I've been trying to learn the
intricacies of basketball from an X's-and-O's perspective, I've actually lost sight of how effective simple interactions are.

To the "just-standing-around point", guys like Hauser are so good that they don't need a weakside action to get open and be considered open; just put it up if his defender stunts even a little.
