@LucyPearce13 We have direct assessment/turnaround from ED/AMU with our OPAL team which is therapy led, also hot clinics and lots of community virtual wards which are all linked up. No frailty unit per se. Need more geriatricians so patchy service from consultants but training up ACP's.

@dan26wales @Frail2fit Give it a few months then you’ll realise being a consultant is way better. Having been a consultant for a couple of years I’m starting to feel a little inadequate compared to my awesome SPR’s, but still occasionally I can put them in their place.

We aren't ones to brag (not true at all) but we are excited to see the latest length of stay data for our Older Person's Pathway. People that followed the pathway @SalisburyNHS had significantly shorter LOS. #frontdoorfrailty
