@kiwicom247 I’ve tried using the Help sections on your website and your app but just get stuck in a continuous loop of automatic responses from a chatbot. I called twice earlier as my trip is now within 14 days and after entering my booking reference a recorded message cuts me off
@kiwicom247 Hi Ben, I initially tried adding sports equipment through Manage by Booking but I checked back a few days later and it told me that the request had expired, no explanation as to why and no further info. I have tried re-adding but it tells me I already have an existing request.
