Last night also demonstrates the problems with AOC’s don’t rock the boat strategy. Since she has refused to endorse against sitting members, she is on the sidelines of a movement that she herself helped to kick off and logically should be leading. Missing the entire Dem Tea Party at the federal level because the once insurgent is now a de facto incumbent protector.
just discovered that the photo of the beautiful French trans woman which first planted the seed that I could be one, and which is blessedly still the first wikipedia illustration for ‘trans woman,’ is now 21 years old ow ow ow ow ough ow
@VerySillyBunny I am very selective about who I play with and then have clear rules about who's doing what role because otherwise I will be on my knees during a scene I am supposed to be Domming
no, we will not be containing trans: to do so would be nothing less than robbing the world of all its beauty, and confining it within a dog's cage... though, I suppose, the only thing anomalous about her, is how much she would enjoy being in that sort of predicament. :(
It's because US conservatism is based upon repression and good art require self-expression which means people have to feel things as they do their work. Obviously, this is fundamentally contradictory. However, conservative artists can overcome this skill issue.
I remember a post on how conservatives draw furries differently (stiff poses, beadier eyes, only superficially expressive) and now I think it could be like a Voight-Kampff test proving conservatives do indeed perceive the world fundamentally differently. Like colorblindness.
