@Waterstones I am always amazed there is not a gift option when buying books online. I send a lot of books as gifts (to deliberately avoid using the tax avoiding Amazon) but I always have to contact the recipient and let them know it’s coming- please add this option to website!

@secretHT1 Not even at the end of the day- what about when it’s - I need to speak to you can we pencil in a meeting and then they can’t see you til the following week…. Then it gets deferred because of a safeguarding issue and it ends up being 2 weeks later….
