๐บ๐ธ A U.S. Navy MH-60R Sea Hawk lifted off USS Rafael Peralta as CENTCOM keeps enforcing the naval blockade on Iran.
As of September 10, American forces have redirected 96 commercial vessels and more than 50 ships carrying humanitarian aid were waved through.
Washington reimposed the blockade in mid-July to choke Iranian port traffic, especially oil. Most of the ships have turned when told, but the ones that donโt have gotten boarded or disabled.
A blockade only works if the next captain already knows how the last ninety-six ended.

๐บ๐ธ Bill Clinton once got smuggled onto Air Force One in a catering truck because he couldn't manage the front steps.
Nobody ever reported it. Not then, not for decades.
That detail comes from Robert "Buzz" Patterson, the guy who carried Clinton's nuclear football, defending Trump's own catering-truck switcheroo out of Turkey last month.
Trump boarded the real plane in public, then got quietly moved into a smaller jet while the big 747 flew off as a decoy. With fighter escorts, senior officials, and reporters still on board with their window shades closed.
Patterson's take: none of this is new. Presidents have used decoy planes and motorcades for years, precisely because it works.
What worries him isn't the tactic, it's that someone on the inside leaked how it was done.
Because so few people know the full playbook that a leak like this basically has to come from someone deep in the process.

๐บ๐ธ Trump's motorcade to the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library got its very own Rough Riders escort.
Today marks the 1898 Battle of San Juan Hill anniversary, where Roosevelt led the 1st U.S. Volunteer Cavalry Regiment, nicknamed the Rough Riders into battle in the Spanish-American war.
