@cineworld sucks to barely see first 15 minutes of #MissionImpossible York IMAX due to the lights being left on followed by a couple of minutes of all lights being turned on and off, ended up outside and trying find staff, would be nice to see what I missed
@cineworld I thought seen as though I bought the ticket online, I’d be able to get a resolution online, guess I pay to watch part of a film, it’s like the 6 months I waited for my last unlimited card, guess Cineworld is happy to take my money for only part of the service
@cineworld No I guess I thought maybe someone would at least apologise on the way out or something, maybe I would have asked if there was some kind of resolution but I didn’t see any staff on the way out either, honestly felt like I’d wasted enough time and money for the day
