@British_Airways I need to speak to someone to request a refund for cancelled flight. I booked hotel at same time and was told by agent that they can’t cancel as it’s a different dept. Phone number I was given hangs up and says can’t take the call - what do I do now?

@AvantiWestCoast trip from Edinburgh to Stafford on Weds eve very disrupted/delayed due to broken down train. The train/station staff were excellent with quick advice when things changed. They faced some angry people but deserve praise for calmly sorting difficult situation!

A seal in Belfast Lough has a drinks-can stuck in its lower jaw.
Anyone who spots it is asked to alert harbour authorities. It’s been seen
near Titanic Quarter during past 2 days trying to shake off the can. (This was taken on Wednesday by Andrew Wolsey).
