@LucyIrelandGray hi Lucy I am belatedly writing as I am writing a piece on lists and shopping lists obviously come into it. I’d be really keen to ask you a few questions if you were up for that pls? Tx a million!
@OliverKamm She was utterly marvellous. I am a linguist at SOAS. I’d be really interested in talking to you about your mother’s translation genius if you were inclined? Thank you.
@jessbrammar The key to it is the teacher. Try Jen - she’s on insta: meet_you_at_the_barre she is incredible. Does her classes by an online platform. She offers amazing explanations and all kinds of variations for pregnant, post natal, dodgy knees etc. CHECK HER OUT!
@Ocado hi I have an Ocado delivery due 7-8 at BN6 9DE. We are coming home from holiday and were due back by 5 but it’s gridlock and we aren’t going to be back till after 7. Is there anything you can do pls?
@maitlis you have done a brilliant job for years but particularly over the last few weeks. The irony of you and not another being stood down is striking. That surreal position of being shocked and not remotely surprised in the same moment. Hope to see you reinstated very soon.
@rosie_saunt Rosie I heard you on the high low moths ago and thought you were brilliant. Then You spoke briefly about Enzo. I was driving. I had to stop to weep. He sounds incredible. As do you. I’m so so sorry. Sending you much love
Your Health Secretary ladies and gentlemen.
Advocating for the breaking of rules in the midst of a pandemic, which could have untold consequences.
It’s so disappointing that the government would rather defend one of their own than protect the NHS - please RT if you agree.
@DrLindseyFitz I hope you won’t mind me asking - do similar medical proverbs exist? Felt it might be rejecting at this time! Tx. From a devoted twitter follower.
@DrLindseyFitz I wonder whether you’ve come across this proverb. From Lingua Franca, language spoken across the Med and North Africa in 17-19th centuries: ‘St Jean venir, Gandouf andar.’Or buba andar. It means: the day of StJohn comes (24th June) and the plague goes.
@jburnmurdoch saw your tweet re under appreciation. You should know that we think your work is remarkable and are incredibly grateful. Also appreciate quite how much time and effort you’re putting into it!
