@CoxHelp It's been down 52 hours and Cox still can't even provide an estimate for when it will be repaired. For most of those 52 hours, there hasn't even been a crew in the area working on a fix. And no, I don't want to upgrade my service during the outage.

Ruggs chose to drive while under the influence. He failed to control his vehicle, almost certainly due in part to impairment. This is not an "accident" but rather the predictable outcome of terrible choices. Your description of this as an "accident" is heartless.
