Cancel all trains to #Otford, then don’t hold the twice-hourly connecting service for 2 minutes to allow passengers on the much delayed LBG to Sevenoaks service to board. 🙄

…only 4 coaches (not 8), no comms, no room for passengers to join the (once an hour) service. Why bother stopping at #Otford at all?!

@Se_Railway I once bought a large dog crate, but when it arrived, it was half the size. Sure, it did the job, but it was very uncomfortable for the dog.
This memory struck me whilst crammed onto the shortened 0737 from Otford to CHX this morning.

@SDC_newsdesk @KentHighways there needs to be a ban on HGVs along Pilgrims Way/RowDow (Otford & Kemsing) during the school drop/collection periods. The roads are barely wide enough for 2 normal sized cars, and HGVs bring everything to a complete standstill.

@bt_uk Tks Jules. Was within 14 days and today changed to a much more appropriate package with my guidance! But big corporations should have a responsibility to all customers to ensure the services they are sold (or advertised) are suitable for their needs. Be good; not greedy. 🙂

My 81yo grandmother has been sold £48 pr mth 60MBs broadband! She doesn’t play Fortnite or stream multiple HD movies at once! But is on state pension - pls be considerate when dealing with the elderly 😡
