@thisisanfield There should be a difference between a Liverpool kit, made by Adidas and an ADIDAS kit, worn by Liverpool.
I have no problem with Adidas as a company; it's just their 3 stripes are overpowering on anything but a shoe.
A swoosh, an NB, an Umbro logo - none of them take over a kit
@Wisdom_HQ@HypeDramaQueen I look back on the way I was then: a young, stupid kid... I want to talk to him. I want to try to talk some sense to him, tell him the way things are. But I can't. That kid's long gone, and this old man is all that's left. I got to live with that.
@chipstuart67@Tim_Burgess I nearly missed the boat too. For some reason I didn't really like Fool's Gold when I first heard it. Maybe I was just having a bad day. When I finally listened to the first album, I was glad I did. One of the few albums where you never skip a track.
@veggie_eric I can tell you to go see a doctor in German, or that some dog doesn't like strawberries
Trying to make it like a game, competing against others and turning the app icon into an angry frown while threatening to reset my streak annoys me more than makes me want to learn.
@QuadLockCase Maybe the faulty 12v to usb adapter I returned to the retailer in early March so it could be inspected by the distributor was in that container. It does seem to have vanished somewhere without trace.
@StarfishF11@slam254@vocalcry Apparently Australia was the first to ban it and that was as "recently" as 1987. I was on planes semi-regularly as a kid in country New South Wales a fair bit for a few years back then and am pretty sure the smoking section was on one side of the aisle...
@Loganwolfen@deanandersonnyc@thejefflutz@davidaxelrod I saw that about Chamberlain and thought I had been a total and utter ignoramus all these years for thinking he was a conservative, happy to let the Austrian painter have a chunk of someone else's land.
Turns out I wasn't the ignoramus.
@mariesiu755@LaNativePatriot You could ask Google, "Hey Google, is it true that pink was once considered a masculine colour?". Google will answer along the lines of, "why yes, it is the true that pink was considered a masculine colour, similar to red, which was associated with strength and courage".
Has anyone ever had an #nbnoutage where, clearly, it's the #NBN modem not connecting to the NBN network, visited https://t.co/k2bT8dfnoT and seen anything other than "No nbn network outage detected" at their address?
Yes, I have tried turning it off and on again.
