@andyibbo69 Sorry Andy, meant to reply sooner. Use them mainly on the road plus around 3 or 4 Trackdays a year. Get about 4K miles from them doing this. Quite a bit softer on the sides.
@blahlblahblah1 I have used these the past couple of years on my Blade on the road and for Track Days (Inters.). They are durable in the middle but the softer edge compound gives confidence on track as well - recommended. Now replaced by the Power GP.
@gt2andy Wife has had one since last August. It’s an impressive wee machine and can shift when you’re in the mood. I enjoy driving it despite only having 1/3 of the power of my usual S4.
@Funshinegreen @SiamTabbypoints Had mine for 3 years and it’s a great bike for road and track. Reported gearbox problems not an issue at ‘normal’ speeds. SP is supposed to have vague front end but the Standard one is fine. I tested the new 2020 SP but it’s too track focussed for what I need and very expensive.
@Adamchildchad Quick question re the throttle response. Ridden a few 2019 versions and found them all snatchy especially in Sport mode, what’s the 2021 like?
@Funshinegreen @SiamTabbypoints I replaced it with ‘13 with no electronics but the ‘17 is the best Blade I’ve had. Rider modes and Quickshifter/Blipper are a game changer.
