We are delighted to share the news that the Kampus development in Manchester has claimed the #Apartment#Development of the Year (300+ homes) award, at this year’s @Insidernwest#NWResiAwards.

Working closely with @citizensdesignb and @burofour the existing Grade II* listed synagogue has been lovingly restored and extended. The extension provides space for a new Cafe, Gallery, Learning Studio, Collection archive and shop.

Yesterday our Chief Operating & Financial Officer @jabbruce had the pleasure of visiting #TheFactoryMCR as 1 of the many #roof trusses was being craned into position. With the roof & walls largely complete, the facilities' immense scale was very apparent from this 7th floor view.
