May she realise he wasn’t a good man, baby moms just left him with the full responsibility and you swooped in to be a live in babysitter so he could continue with his life.
In his mind you’ll forever be that abuser and you can’t say sorry for that😖 its indefinite trauma

@bab_hlabisa@Mizzpurple01 As South Africans we’re horrible for not having set refugee camps and having let refugees into our country who earn money without contributing to tax and adhering to the many laws we have around the regulation of refugees. We’re horrible for asking them to abide by the law
Stella, your statement exposes exactly why South Africans are angry. When citizens want to run a business, government demands ownership verification, tax compliance, operational requirements, permits, licences and endless bureaucracy before support is released. But elsewhere the system is far more accommodating: asylum seekers get Section 22 permits that legalise their stay, and school rules also accept asylum/refugee documents and even affidavits where official papers are missing. Then people like Mbeki, Mantashe and Dlamini Zuma have the nerve to talk as if South Africans are the ones who are unskilled or unemployable. No! That’s BS! the truth is that this government has made life harder for its own people, then insults them for not thriving inside the mess it created. South Africans are angry because the system does not work for them. And if you still vote ANC after this, then you are voting for the very people who built the dysfunction.

The real tragedy of modern life is not poverty. It is spiritual disconnection. People know prices but not purpose. They know entertainment but not peace. They know followers but not themselves. Nature reminds us that life was never about becoming more artificial. It was about becoming more real.🫶🏽

Beetroot is a cultivated hybrid. It was developed through selective breeding and does not exist in this form in nature. As a result, its oxalic acid content and certain antinutrient compounds can interfere with mineral absorption in the gut, particularly calcium, iron and magnesium, minerals the modern body is already deficient in.
What I discovered through direct experimentation is that the African wild potato, Hypoxis hemerocallidea, when dried and combined with beetroot, fundamentally changes this dynamic. The saponins in the wild potato interact with the gut lining in a way that reduces the binding effect of beetroot’s antinutrients.
The beta-sitosterol and rooperol create an antioxidant rich digestive environment where the beetroot’s nitrates convert more efficiently to nitric oxide, the compound that opens blood vessels and improves circulation. The African wild potato acts as a biological key that unlocks what the beetroot was always capable of but could never fully deliver alone.
This is my original work. It was not written in a paper before I made it. It was made in a bowl, dried in open air, tasted with my own tongue, and confirmed by science that already existed, waiting to be connected.🍃🫶🏽
