@O2 this is getting ridiculous, nearly 5 months now I have not been able to access my bills or make payments online. Please ditch this godforsaken virgin media id bollocks and go back to the way it was. Your it department clearly have no fucking clue what they are doing.
@Tesco all well and good offering a quick delivery service but why only from the express shops and not the extra stores. Every time I try and order there is nothing I want in stock!! Defeats the whole bloody point of the convenience.
@O2 your app and website are absolutely abysmal. After being locked out of my account for 2 months! I now have access and still can't look at anything! Every link I click on says timeout even though I've just clicked on it. You need to sort this out.
