Absolutely appalling customer service @ZARA in Southampton. My daughter just been in to exchange a birthday gift for my granddaughter and spoken to very rudely as just outside 30 days by the assistant and refused to exchange and told to keep the items! BE KIND!@ZARA_Care

I just watched a documentary on @BBCTwo about @BillyMonger If you haven’t seen it watch it because you will not see anything that will make you realise how special some people are. It’s a film that has that rare ingredient-Billy- someone who makes you want to be a better person
