@ausroachman @Ticketmaster_AU This happened to my boyfriend & I as well. He loaded the website at 7am and was put behind 65,000 people, I loaded it 10 secs before it opened & was only behind 20,000. We both missed out on tickets. Also had weird issues in the pre-sale yesterday. Very disappointed! :( @coldplay
