I have a follow up question @British_Airways - why was I told at 10pm ET on phone that the cancellation of BA2036 was ‘weather’ related but just now in Orlando your staff are now saying it was due to air traffic control issue? And why are all other flights running except BA2036?

So I have learned the hard way, never book @British_Airways - cancelled our flight home with less than 24 hours notice and now it’s looking like taking almost 24 hours after connections to get back from Florida. Every other airline still running their scheduled flights.

@sarajcox my daughter couldn’t pronounce “grandma and grandad” when she was little, so called them “Lally and Buff” and they have been called that ever since, now by both my children and us adults. Get very strange looks when calling for “Buff” outdoors!

@virginmedia guys, you need to sort out your call centre. Twice I have tried to contact you through 150 as Broadband went down and both times I was then cut off after being on hold for nearly 10 minutes.

@virginmedia It says there is an issue with TV but says broadband is ok. It is not. I ran a test on my hub and it said connections were loose. They are not. I’ve restarted / reconnected everything anyway and internet is still intermittent.

@Macka7 @Twitter I found out the other day that on the mobile app, if you click the "star" icon in the top right, you can select between "For You" and "Latest." The Latest option gives you updates from the accounts you follow. Never knew that. Seems to have worked!
