@Boredom102@zei_squirrel JLM got 4% more than his final and highest polls. The left did come out for JLM last night. But the ex-right has huge support despite splitting the vote btwn 4 cds. The odds were always stacked against a left victory; saying some other tactic would have guaranteed a win is naive!
@Archb98@zei_squirrel You realize that the same is true for the extreme right? Except the extreme right has ~35% to pull from if I'm being conservative. Summing everything left of Macron gets you to 32%. This left infighting just fragments us further. Point in case, I just got blocked for the above.
@zei_squirrel I really hope this was an April fool's joke... the leftist candidates have completely different agendas. We're not interested in a two party "democracy" like in the US. Small and new parties always have a chance overtake the big fish. LREM, LI and PS' fall shows that.
