Nunca había pensado en esto antes:

Siempre he pensado que Noé estaba seguro dentro del Arca porque la construyó según las especificaciones de Dios.

Pensé que tal vez fue la resistencia de la madera de gofer y la solidez de la arquitectura lo que aseguró que las aguas del diluvio no entraran en el Arca.

Pero, hoy me encontré con un versículo que cambió todo este paradigma.

Génesis 7:16 dice: "Y los animales que entraron fueron machos y hembras de todos los seres vivientes, como Dios le había ordenado a Noé... ENTONCES DIOS LO CERRÓ..."

No te pierdas esto; incluso después de que Noé había construido el Arca, fue Dios mismo quien lo encerró, para evitar que entraran las aguas del diluvio.

En otras traducciones este versículo dice "El Señor los selló dentro".

No es el hecho de que tengas cerrada tu casa lo que te mantiene seguro por la noche, no son tus buenas habilidades al volante las que te mantienen seguro en la carretera, ni son tus hábitos alimenticios saludables los que te mantienen saludable: sólo Dios puede encerrarte y dejar fuera al diablo que busca devorarte.

Sólo Dios puede hacer tanto por nosotros.

Sin Él no somos nada.
