Hace 3 dias en la Dark Web, en un sitio llamado Dark Forum, aparecieron los datos de 14 millones de Ecuatorianos que habian sido robados al Registro Civil del Ecuador.
Las autoridades Ecuatorianas no saben, no estan preparadas, ni tampoco pueden hacer mayor cosa ya que los datos ya fueron robados y estan exponiéndose en sitios de Hackers.
Alguien tiene un Registro Civil paralelo con todos los datos de los Ecuatorianos a visperas de las elecciones seccionales.
