ROSALÍA revealed on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon that Bono from U2 reached out to her to talk about a new song inspired by her:

“I don’t know Bono, but he messaged me and said he had this project, a new song, ‘The Mirror Maker’, I think that’s the name. And then he asked me if some of the words he wanted to use made sense.

One word, actually, came to mind. There was this word, ‘marmole’… I think, as far as I remember, it was ‘mamole’. And I don’t know, I thought, ‘I’ve never heard this word. I don’t know what it means.’ So I looked it up, I did some research, and it didn’t exist in standard Spanish.

So I just said to him, ‘I don’t know, but feel free to invent your own language.’

It’s incredible. It’s kind of mind-blowing. Yeah. Because when I was a kid, I used to listen to his songs. ‘With or Without You’. It’s incredible.”

In a recent interview, Dua Lipa was asked if she and her husband, Callum Turner, plan to have children.

I’m not thinking about having children right now, and I don’t see that changing anytime soon,” she said. “I’m at the peak of my career, and everything I’ve worked so hard for is finally coming together. I’m not ready to put that on hold. I’ve also put a lot of effort into my fitness and appearance for performing, and I’m not prepared to risk changing that.

Speaking about the possibility of becoming a mother someday, Dua added: “If I ever choose to have children, adoption would be something I’d seriously consider. There are so many children who need a loving family, and giving one of them a home would mean a lot to me.

On how Callum feels about her decision, she explained: “He completely respects where I stand. He understands how much my career means to me and has never tried to pressure me into changing my mind. That’s one of the things I really appreciate about our relationship.

🚨BREAKING: Mayor Zohran Mamdani says NYC will move more than 10,000 low-income children off the child care voucher waitlist, providing free care for kids from 6 weeks to 13 years old, and through 19 for children with special needs.

The expansion is backed by Gov. Kathy Hochul’s $1.2 billion child care investment and comes after the city eliminated out-of-pocket voucher fees and launched universal 2-K.
