@genmon Personally I'm a *lot* more productive in my home office, and enjoy about 15-20% of my time in an office, mainly for the people and relationships and absolutely not for Doing The Work.
@genmon Based on my experience, I prefer to let teams design their own ways of working and let them change it up to meet the type of focus, rhythm, season, health, neurodiversity etc. Recognising that this works for a particular type of early-stage org, with highly motivated people.
