@marksandspencer terrible customer service regarding a bottle of this I bought which was undrinkable! The chilli was so hot and over powering it burnt your throat. Have previously bought this and enjoyed it. Not cheap at £18 a bottle to be told tough luck you couldn’t drink it.

@BhamCityCouncil another 400 calls today between 9am and now trying to speak to someone. I work for another LA and if we treated our customers like this I’d be ashamed! How does anybody speak to parking services, I absolutely give up!
