Current update. Landed in Atlanta. Thank you @Delta for the great flight and customer service. But still have yet to see any word from our so called friends over at @AmericanAir what a joke. They should go back to US Airways was a much better company back then.

@AmericanAir we have a rental car. Accomations and ski tickets paid for in Denver. 4 of us were supposed to arrive yesterday. Now we arrive tonight. And the staff here will do nothing to help us.

@AmericanAir had a flight canceled yesterday. Rebooked this morning because they said our flight was canceled. Flight just took off

Don’t fly @AmericanAir because they will just lie to you and make you miss your flights
