Dear @IndiGo6E Flight From Blr to Mumbai reached 55 mins late on Jan 6. Connecting flight to Bahrain require Intl terminal transfer. Took taxi for Rs 650 for 6 km as staff at schuttle service told next bus is at 8:00 PM and will not make it in time for 9:05 PM flight @DGCAIndia

Dear @IndiGo6E. Passengers through @MumbaiAirport. for Intl arrive at domestic and shift to International. They are told no entry till 4hrs b4. Made to wait outside the terminal in heat for over 9 hours bcoz of flight schedules. @DGCAIndia. Can passengers be allowed 2 wait inside

@VirginMobileUAE @tdrauae is running fraud system on Dubai Airport. They sell plans for 7 days and dont activate. The plan is not even visible on Virgin Application, but they say it was added. #UNETHICAL

"Complaints in chats get closed sometimes (Without activating Sim)".Am happy to share the separate DM to TRDA. These messages from virgin are tactics to prolongate. I suspect it is happening a lot. @nisreen_shocair

@tdrauae @VirginMobileUAE @richardbranson Dear TRDU...This is the chat on Virginapp where I told VIRGIN that my number is not activated. After i sent they simply closed the ticket asking mail id etc which they already knew. Virgin did not activate ticket. Their customer care responses are evasive. Will send snapshots

@tdrauae @VirginMobileUAE @richardbranson You can see from these snapshots that they did not act even after I requested support. They took 150 AED and simply did not activate. They keep sayin plan added at 6.56 pm which matches with time card was swiped. No activation done.
