Italy cures pig into prosciutto, salami and guanciale, fries in lard, and treats cheese as a food group. Life expectancy: about 83 and a half.
America spent fifty years taking the fat out. Skimmed the milk, trimmed the steak, swapped the butter for margarine and the lard for vegetable oil, and printed the warnings on every label. Life expectancy: about 79 and a half.
Four years. That is the gap between the country that kept eating pork fat and cheese and the country that declared war on them.
One of these nations followed the dietary advice. It is the one dying younger.
''The Amish basically have no obesity, no infertility, no cancer, no diabetes, no metabolic syndrome. They’re having 10 plus kids and they’re incredibly happy.''
Protecting Americans from harmful contaminants in food is a core priority of the Trump Administration. We are strengthening oversight, improving detection, and coordinating across the federal government to reduce exposure to heavy metals and other toxins. I appreciate @SecRollins and @epaleezeldin for their leadership as we work together to protect American families and Make America Healthy Again.
Type 2 Diabetes Is a Carbohydrate Poisoning Crisis — And It’s Killing & Maiming Millions
Dr. Robert Cywes delivers the truth mainstream medicine refuses to admit:
“You Cannot Have Type 2 Diabetes If You Don’t Eat Carbohydrates.”
537 MILLION people worldwide are currently “living with” what is actually a reversible metabolic disease caused by eating carbs.
Don’t manage it. Reverse it.
Your life literally depends on it.
The reality they won’t tell you:
- In the US, 80% of all lower-limb amputations are caused by diabetes complications.
Every 3 minutes and 30 seconds, another person loses a leg, foot, or toe.
- Diabetes is the leading cause of kidney failure — 40% of diabetics will develop kidney disease severe enough to need dialysis or a transplant.
This is NOT inevitable.
Eliminate carbohydrates → You cannot have Type 2 diabetes.
Ketogenic nutrition therapy: Stop the sugar. Eat fat as your fuel. Burn fat, not sugar. Normal blood sugar and A1C return. Damage stops. Remission is possible.
Hundreds of thousands have already reversed their Type 2 diabetes this way — off meds, off insulin.
Continuing to eat carbs while taking drugs is slow-motion suicide.
The amputation clock is ticking.
The kidney failure clock is ticking.
Stop eating carbohydrates.
Start burning fat.
Put your Type 2 diabetes into remission.
Share this before another limb is lost.
It is a woman’s God given role to submit to her husband. Therefore, it must be good.
From a practical standpoint though, being submissive means that your husband is the leader and has the majority of life’s burdens on his shoulders. As a wife, you get to trust your husband as he leads your family while you devote yourself completely to your female role as a mother, wife, and homemaker.
I don’t have to stress about money or where we’re going to live because that’s my husband’s job.
When you start submitting you can finally let go of all the things you used to worry about. It leads to a much healthier marriage because not every decision is a one vs one with no tie beaker. There’s less arguments and more peace.
And for the women who think that submitting means they are worth less and weak, would you say that about Jesus Christ? Jesus submitted to God the father unto death. Would you say he was weak for doing so?

In all their affliction he was afflicted,
and the angel of his presence saved them:
in his love and in his pity he redeemed them;
and he bare them, and carried them all the days of old.
Isaiah 63:9 (King James Version)
Dagens #bibelord
I allt deras lidande led han, och hans ängels närvaro räddade dem.
I sin kärlek och medömkan återlöste han dem,
och han lyfte upp dem och bar dem under alla forntidens dagar.
Jesaja 63:9 (Reformationsbibeln 2026)
Did you know that this is what Italy looks like? 🇮🇹
The Dolomites are an incredible place to visit.
I got this photo of the sunset at Tre Cime.
God's creation is absolutely wonderful!
I'm a Spanish woman. I love my country. I'm grateful I can still wear what I want. Now watch what's happening in Sudan.
These videos show fighters from Sudan's army led by General Al Burhan saying they'll keep fighting "secularists who follow Western prostitutes" - until they reach our shores.
I was banned from the European Parliament for speaking the truth.
But some truths are too dangerous to ignore.
This isn't someone else's problem. It's coming for us.
My daughter-in-law Kristy Graham was in Venezuela today to see our @SamaritansPurse response after the earthquake disaster. Hear what she had to say, and listen to the latest episode of the On the Ground podcast with our Director of the International Health Unit, Dr. Elliott Tenpenny, and other staff at https://t.co/svvdSRiUZY.

Doris got sheared this summer, which is to say she was manhandled onto her backside by a stranger, stripped of a coat she never agreed to part with, and turned back out onto the fell with nothing to show for the indignity but a lighter step and a face like thunder.
The shearer comes round every June. Doris, being a hefted Texel with firm views on personal space, treats the whole thing as a miscarriage of justice. She goes stiff. She sighs. She fixes the man with the stare she usually saves for weather coming in off the west, then it's over in ninety seconds and she's off up the hill eight pounds lighter, cool for the summer, clean of the flies and the strike that a full fleece in July invites. Brian, watching from over the wall where he keeps his log of these things, marked it down as a net gain for Doris and a dead loss for everyone else.
Because here's the wool. That fleece, the real thing, grown on grass and rain and hefted patience, the fibre that kept these islands warm for a thousand years and clothed the men who built them, is now worth so little it costs more to shear off than it sells for. So it sits in a barn.
Meanwhile the world it was replaced by has gone and dressed itself head to toe in oil. Fleece jackets spun from petroleum. Base layers, gym leggings, the lot, extruded from the same barrel as the diesel, shedding a little plastic into the wash water every time they spin, off down the drain and out to sea and eventually back onto your plate in a fish. Renewable, they call the sheep, when they want a stick to beat her with. Then they zip themselves into a crude oil derivative and lecture the ewe on her footprint.
Doris grows a new one every year out of nothing but hillside. Fully compostable, entirely renewable, comes with its own forecast. And we let it rot in a barn because a bin bag full of oil undercut her.
She doesn't know any of this. She's up on the top, freshly done, glaring at the horizon, growing next year's out of pure spite.
