While Israel is not going out of its way to spare churches in Shia areas (they destroyed a couple), they have not targeted Christian areas. They only target sites that are used by hezbollah.
Most Christians want peace with Israel.

Christians are second category citizens in Iraq, Egypt, Jordan, and Syria. Same for Druze, in Syria.
