@penbrun @cliffschecter Bosnia and Herzegovina have had a Membership Application Plan since 2018, and they still aren’t in. Ukraine doesn’t have an MAP yet so unless a whole bunch of steps are skipped and some amazingly special accommodations are made, I think that’s unlikely.
