We extend our appreciation to the 𝐒𝐓𝟒𝐀 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 who joined the Ukarimu Academy team in delivering a three-week intensive bootcamp for Cohort I of the 𝐖𝐞𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 & 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐣𝐨𝐛𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐦 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭.

The program brought together youth- and women-led tourism enterprises from the Albertine region, equipping participants with practical skills and business strategies across key areas, including:

* Green business development
* Digital transformation and IT processes
* Regulatory compliance
* Marketing, branding, and visibility

Through hands-on learning, collaborative engagement, and tailored capacity-building sessions, participants strengthened their ability to build resilient, sustainable, and competitive tourism enterprises. The journey continues through structured virtual mentorship and on-the-ground follow-up support to ensure lasting impact.

This Project is implemented by Einstein Rising and @EyeOpenerWorks through @UkarimuAcademy, in partnership with @EnabelinUganda and @RwenzoriAcademy, advancing inclusive economic opportunities and sustainable growth within the tourism sector.
