My brother, if you truly want change, then let's do the needful. Encourage everyone who cares to listen to register, collect their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs), and motivate those around them to do the same.
Support your preferred candidate by canvassing peacefully from now until election day. Don't wait until the last minute. Real change comes from consistent grassroots engagement, voter participation, and protecting every legitimate vote—not just writing posts online that may not translate into action.
Your vote is your voice. Use it.
Frankly speaking, are the majority not gullible? How else do you describe a situation where the Minister of the FCT, who belongs to a different political party, publicly tells a sitting governor not to contest a rerun election, and the governor complies by withdrawing from the race? To me, that raises serious questions about political independence and influence.
I am writing this with great faith in my heart. I honestly don't know exactly how this season will unfold, but I am deeply optimistic and believe that this investment season will bring me close to 1 billion in returns.
I choose faith over fear, hope over doubt, and action over excuses. May this be a season of growth, favor, and extraordinary breakthroughs. Amen.

Let us be frank and sincere.
Is President Bola Ahmed Tinubu my President? Yes.
Will I support him in the forthcoming election? No.
Do I respect him? Yes.
I respect him because he is one of the few political figures in Nigeria who appears to value loyalty highly. However, in my opinion, while he is a skilled political leader and strategist, he is not a democrat in the way many people describe him

Around age 4, most children are generally not expected to do household chores like sweeping the house or washing dishes independently. At that age, they are still developing coordination, attention, and motor skills. However, many child development experts encourage simple, supervised tasks such as:
Putting toys back in their place.
Placing dirty clothes in a laundry basket.
Wiping up a small spill.
Helping set the table with non-breakable items.
As for school, in many parts of the world, children begin preschool or kindergarten between ages 3 and 5 because early education focuses on social interaction, language, play, and basic learning rather than formal academics. Whether they should be in school is a matter of educational philosophy and family choice.
Regarding your question about whether someone would ask their own biological child to sweep or wash dishes: that depends on the parent. Some parents expect light chores from all children in the home, whether biological or not, while others do not. What's important is that expectations are age-appropriate, safe, and applied fairly.
If a 4-year-old is being made to do work that is beyond their developmental ability or is being treated more harshly than other children, then that would be a legitimate concern. Fairness and the child's well-being should be the priority.
Another bright morning to thank, praise, and glorify Your holy name. Thank You, Lord, for the gift of life, Your unfailing mercy, and the grace to witness a new day. May this day be filled with Your favor, peace, wisdom, and abundant blessings. To You alone be all the glory, now and always. Amen. 🙏
More than 20 APC governors and 50 senators were physically present in Osun State to wrestle power from Adeleke.
Backed by federal might and an entire political establishment against one man, they still lost.
These are the same governors @officialABAT is depending on to win all 36 states plus the FCT.
The solution is simple: high voter turnout. Follow the votes from the polling units through the collation centres all the way to Abuja. No sleep!
Tinubu will be a one-term president (OTP)
Strongly agreed.
This is the only realistic posture for 2027. IREV remains window-dressing until it is tested under real pressure and proven reliable. Until then, treat the process as fully manual — the way it was in 2003.
Arrive early. Stay for 48–72 hours if necessary. Watch every ballot cast, every tally, every entry. 160 cannot magically become zero. Cancel unused ballots properly. Never let the ballot box or result sheet leave your sight from polling unit → ward → LGA → state → Abuja.
Send people to Abuja to monitor the national collation point as well.
This election must become personal. Voting without waiting to see your result entered is incomplete.
And to those who think violence is still an option: the old days of impunity are over. Families should call their people to order now.
The writer is correct. Share this widely. Copy it. Post it on every platform. Let every serious voter and observer internalise it.
If we treat 2027 with this level of seriousness and discipline, the result will reflect what the people actually voted.
Repost. Tag people who need to see it. Let the message travel.
Governor Ademola Adeleke’s post-election speech after his re-election in Osun was measured and focused on unity, continuity of his agenda, and outreach to opponents. That part landed well with many observers.
His reaffirmation of support for President Bola Tinubu (@officialABAT) for 2027 is a separate political calculation. Adeleke has framed it as regional solidarity—Tinubu as a Yoruba/South-West figure whose ongoing federal projects (especially roads) he wants sustained—rather than a formal deal. He has also said he would campaign actively if asked.
Whether that endorsement helps or hurts Adeleke’s longer-term standing depends on how the next 18 months unfold: Tinubu’s performance, the economic and security picture, and how Osun voters read the alignment. Cross-party or regional endorsements are common in Nigerian politics, but they carry risks if the president’s popularity declines or if state-level grievances (local government control, resource allocation, etc.) sharpen.
Your view that he should keep clearer distance is a legitimate political judgment. Adeleke has already secured a second term on the Accord platform; he does not need the 2027 presidential race to validate his own mandate. Keeping options open, or at least avoiding early, high-profile commitment, is one way governors sometimes preserve flexibility.
The speech itself was competent. The 2027 positioning is the part that will continue to draw scrutiny.
Ademola Jackson Adeleke's re-election as the Governor-elect of Osun State on 15 August 2026 is an indication that, as a people, if we vote and protect our votes, neither INEC nor the ruling party will have the ability to manipulate the outcome. The Osun State election is a win-win situation for Nigeria and a significant victory for democracy at large.
