I bought tickets to a Knicks VS OKC game last week for my son‘s bday. Drove 6 hours In line 2 hours. Tix didn’t work. Offered worse tickets at same price. No chance to see shoot around and get autographs. Terrible experience.

Really disappointed and surprised by https://t.co/QIND8Eo7pa’s new CRM feature sales process (which is ironic). Sales people are slow to respond and don’t seem to really pay attention to the prompts I gave. I have some time to setup the system this week but can’t move forward.

@Hertz do better. My plans changed due to sickness. Website and app won’t let me reschedule and phone message just says to use the website or app with no real human support option. Calling the location to pick up from doesn’t work because the phone just keeps ringing.
