This week I offloaded damn near 100% of my grunt work to ai. Donโt know why I hadnโt done this before Iโve literally bought so much of my time back.
Hereโs some things Iโve offloaded to ai this week:
-> Ai agent the corrects data to be accurate (built from SOPs)
-> Took on a new client and Iโve SOPโd all systems for current clients and am one shot building all systems (CRM, slack workflow, team onboarding, etc)
-> multi agent / LLM workflow (this one has been huge). Connected all of my agents to a central database and each agent has strengths and weaknesses (for example: some agents/llms take over my computer and do tasks, some agents are effective with numbers and accuracy, some are good with front end design for dashboards, etc)
-> 100% automated payouts and billing clients
-> automated tasks and meeting scheduling from team / client syncs.
Overall offloading these tasks allows me to focus on the highest leverage tasks I can focus on (which Iโve narrowed down to decision making, offer / funnel creation, reading data instead of building it, building SOPs to relay to my team, messaging adjustments for ad creatives / organic content (just to name a few).
If youโre a founder I highly recommend doing this. Time is against you and the more efficient you can be with tasks the higher your returns will be for your company / clients.
Nobody is doing it like @TheJeremyHaynes
The intricate funnels he's running are ridiculous
First of all, he's running a custom 90 day roadmap that runs your entire business through Jeremy ai and produces a scaling plan.
Good funnel alone. But then I noticed he's doing something further...
Checked my inbox and since filling out that scaling roadmap, and I've received at least five personal emails from Jeremy ai personalizing leakage i'm experiencing in my offer.
It's genius, and it's exactly what has changed about marketing.
The more you can hyper-personalize information to your pipeline, the higher your conversion will be.
Jeremy understands this and it's the exact reason why his YouTube can drop so much game but he can still charge $10k/m for his inner circle.
It's not personal. It's just best practices.
Jeremy ai, the scaling roadmap, and the emails are the bridge into personaled information.
Jeremy has one idea he wants to implant into his audience, all roads lead to Jeremy inner circle.
Nobody running offers is checking if their attribution is accurate. Simply having visibility over your attribution data can lift so many metrics.
Switched to @CallixIO and it pulled our sales call data which was then sent to meta so it knew who actually buys.
Legit lifted every metric.
โ Lifted our AOV by 26.7%
โ Lifted our show rate by 22.9%
