Students who arrive even 1 minute late for an exam are routinely denied entry, with rules enforced to the second. Yet when a major technical failure disrupts the CUET examination process, thousands of students are left waiting, confused, and stressed, with no immediate accountability. If punctuality is non-negotiable for students, shouldn't reliability and accountability be non-negotiable for the authorities conducting the exam? Rules cannot be strict only for one side.
