We have had harphazad payments of luwero claimants repeatedly and others. The cure is a Trust Fund.

It's shallow and does not allow for a detailed TJ process so it's insufficient. I still insist that we don't need a model law. We need to test the current law before we develop another. #CRSVUg

Tribunals don't necessarily grant status to any person who claims harm. A link must be shown btn victimization and the crimes in issue. At this stage of determining status the term alleged maybe used. #CRSVUg
