ENF Founder @yveslarose discusses the revamped $EOS Staking Program, its success, APY, and how it works.
"We're currently sitting around 130m $EOS staked, so it's been quite successful." 🎙️⤵️
"So we keep on hitting an All-Time-High after All-Time-High of TVL."
ENF Founder @yveslarose discusses the $EOS Staking program and how it contributed to multiple all-time highs (ATHs) in TVL. 📹⤵️
ENF Founder @yveslarose dives into the new $EOS tokenomics and how it affected the total supply.
"What that did effectively for $EOS, is it lowered that $10 Billion cap down to $2.1 Billion in total supply cap, which is an effective burn of about 80% of total supply." 🔥🎙️
Don’t sleep on $EOS! This DINO coins pumped hard from bear market lows, earning its place as a cheap bluechip in the #crypto space. With its strong staking rewards and revamped tokenomics, it’s one to watch for the alt season.
Let’s break it down 👇
MetaMask integration is now LIVE on EOS! 🦊🚨
@MetaMask users can easily install the EOS Wallet and create an $EOS account directly within MetaMask using the companion dapp, Unicove.
With EOS Wallet installed, MetaMask users can:
🔸 Create an EOS account on Unicove
🔸 Sign Transactions
🔸 Interact with EOS smart contracts
🔸 Stake $EOS on Unicove
🔥 $EOS - A Strong Comeback or the Last Shine?
Back in 2017, when I started my journey as a programmer, I was tasked with exploring EOS for our company's project. At the time, EOS was famous for its massive community expectations due to its record-breaking $4 billion ICO led by @B1. At the mainnet launch, EOS boasted several advantages:
High transaction speed and large processing bandwidth
Scalability in both horizontal and vertical dimensions
Low costs
Use of user-friendly account names instead of hard-to-remember addresses
C++ programming language
Substantial fundraising
However, instead of growing and competing with Ethereum as hoped, the network stagnated due to its unique architecture, differing from established ecosystems like EVM, which required significant resources to build user-supporting utilities. Yet, B1 did not utilize or deploy the funds to develop the ecosystem. Instead, they spent on private projects like @VoiceHQ , @Bullish , @ChintaiNetwork , Helios, EOS VC, etc., and most recently, @ether_fi , for their own organizational goals, leaving the EOS network abandoned and the ecosystem dying under B1's leadership.
Finally, on September 21, 2022, the EOS Network Foundation (ENF) stepped up to take over EOS. This marked the moment when community engineers, led by ENF, transitioned from EOSIO 2.0 to Leap 3.1, implementing the new Antelope protocol in C++, signifying EOS's complete code independence.
ENF, claiming to be a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO), has tried to push forward and develop the EOS ecosystem through:
Ceasing annual EOS payments to B1
Continuous core technology upgrades
Organizing 7 seasons of @PomeloGrants to invest in community-serving projects
Establishing funds like ENV, EOSLabs focused on supporting projects within the EOS ecosystem, though results have been less than promising.
Despite these efforts, the market value of EOS didn't see positive growth, leading to continued investor disappointment and loss of trust, filling the community with negative sentiments and nearly declaring EOS dead.
However, at the end of 2023, a proposal to stop issuing more RAM was passed, attracting investors to accumulate RAM and pushing RAM prices to a peak of 1.4 EOS/KB in June 2024. The community became lively again, and there was consensus on new development strategies for EOS. The most notable is @exSatNetwork, functioning as Bitcoin's docker layer, supporting layer 2 solution projects. It synchronizes Bitcoin's UTXO to EOS's RAM resources with over 50% of Bitcoin's hash rate share from major miners like @AntPoolofficial , @f2pool , @ViaBTC , @SpiderPool_com , etc.
ENF also introduced new tokenomics for EOS, moving to a fixed supply cap of 2.1 billion tokens, deploying 350M EOS for RAM ecosystem development, reward mechanisms for block producers, stakeholders, ENF, EOSLabs, and REX 2.0 (https://t.co/qyrOalcBRV).
The major upgrade, Instant Finality, allows for near-instant block confirmation with virtually no delay.
Despite facing opposition within the community, these changes have garnered support from both individual users and large groups. While the effects aren't clear yet under ENF's leadership, at least EOS has shown significant technological development, meeting practical application needs and bringing optimism to those who stayed. This is reflected in EOS's price bottoming out at 0.4 USDT/EOS before growing in tandem with the general crypto market.
Will EOS truly make a comeback in this bull market? It's an open question, but personally, I believe EOS's growth potential in this cycle is definitely worth watching! 🔍📷

One problem we need to fix: it’s hard for new people to use $EOS.
If we ever want to achieve mass adoption, we need to prioritize UX.
That is why https://t.co/TcnIgl6kAJ from @Greymass is so exciting (expected by the end of Q3). The UX on #EOS is about to get a major upgrade!
The moment you've all been waiting for: $EOS EVM is officially live!
EOS EVM is by far the industry's most performant, 25x faster than AVAX and 3x faster than Solana or Polygon.
And with $35M+ available for #EOS EVM projects, why wouldn't you build on the industry-leading EVM?
