Estos son parte de los rostros que han sido rechazados por la gran mayoría del pueblo salvadoreño. Durante años fueron parte de una estructura que, según diversas investigaciones judiciales, mantuvieron vínculos con las pandillas mientras miles de salvadoreños sufrían la extorsión, el miedo y la muerte. Sabían lo que ocurría en el país y, mientras las familias enterraban a sus seres queridos, ellos seguían actuando como si nada. Con la llegada del presidente @nayibbukele encontraron una postura firme: con terroristas no habría negociación, sino capturas, procesos judiciales y condenas. Algunos ya enfrentan la justicia; otros huyeron y hoy son prófugos. Pero nadie debe creer que escapar significa quedar impune. La justicia puede tardar, pero tarde o temprano alcanza a quienes participaron o colaboraron con estructuras criminales. El rechazo que hoy reciben, dentro y fuera de El Salvador, es consecuencia de sus propios actos. El pueblo no olvida quiénes estuvieron del lado de los criminales y quiénes estuvieron del lado de las víctimas.

It’s interesting to see how so many media outlets, politicians, and representatives of international NGOs lie so blatantly about El Salvador.

Anyone who has visited our country knows that tattoos are not only allowed, but very common. Many Salvadorans have them, even in highly visible areas: full sleeves, face, neck, hands, etc. It’s simply not true that people are required to cover them up.

It’s also false that tattoo artists have been arrested. There are hundreds of tattoo shops, and many are now doing better than ever, since they can stay open late without being extorted by gangs.

Tattoos aren’t even socially frowned upon. On the contrary, many people see them as body art and a form of personal expression.

What is prohibited are gang symbols, but not just in tattoos. They are banned in any form: on walls, in the media, even on graves.

This shouldn’t surprise anyone. In Europe, Nazi symbols are banned, and no one is outraged by it.

In fact, we only restricted them in the media for one year (during the height of the war on gangs) and they are allowed again now. Yet we were scolded by the “international community” for that temporary measure, while Nazi symbols have been prohibited in Europe for 80 years.

So which is it?

What is acceptable for them is not acceptable for us?

The European argument is that banning those symbols is necessary to prevent a return to a past they do not want to relive.

Well, that is our argument too.

Como era de esperarse, luego de la debacle en el Congreso de los Estados Unidos, los defensores de los criminales han salido a decir, de nuevo, que ellos solo defienden a supuestos inocentes.

Pero eso no fue lo que dijeron allá; de hecho, fueron claros en que no importaban los crímenes que habían cometido. Es más, ni siquiera se atrevieron a aceptar que la MS-13 es una organización terrorista.

Por suerte, el video es claro y cualquiera puede verlo de nuevo y sacar sus propias conclusiones.

President Bukele rid his Country from the tyrannical grip of the Cartels, Judicial Criminals and the Infiltration of George Soros and began working for his people. El Salvador is now one of the safest tourist destinations in the World as opposed to its former title of being one of the primary Murder Capitals.

This video is a short nighttime interview at the illuminated Cathedral Plaza. The interviewer asks the Guatemalan tourist where he’s from and what he thinks of El Salvador. He replies that it’s beautiful, “Qué bonito”, and proudly holds up a Guatemalan flag, and says he hopes the same positive change happens in Guatemala…

CECOT has opened its doors to a small number of journalists and human rights advocates.

They were given the opportunity to speak with an inmate. One asked him:

“Are you okay? Are they treating you fairly? Tell me if not, I can help you.”

Surely they extended that same pity, that same offer of help to the families of those he murdered?

NGOs love to hate CECOT, a prison built to contain the worst kind of evil. Men who murdered dozens. Men who sacrificed children to the devil. Men who slaughtered fathers in front of their sons and daughters in front of their mothers.

Men who now receive three meals a day, instant access to healthcare, and the undivided attention of organizations that don’t have a care for their victims.

We had a chance to meet an inmate as well. He published a video of himself and his “homeboys” tying up 11 people by their hands and feet, lining them up face down on the ground, and hacking them into pieces with machetes while they cried in pain.

As the warden recounted his crimes, the man was smiling. He was ordered to put on his face mask. He then continued smiling serenely behind his mask.

NGOs love to hate CECOT for three simple reasons:

→ It’s famous, and they want in on the attention.
→ It’s the symbol of a paradigm shift they despise.
→ It’s safe.

You are never going to see them visit gang-controlled prisons elsewhere on the continent, because they would get killed. But at CECOT, they’re safe. And they’re safe to smile in the face of the warden who invited them and then stab him in the back with a smear campaign the following day.

Every time they try to free murderers on a technicality, every time they ask a killer if his bunk is too hard or his food is too bland, they spit on the graves of the innocent.

And if they could, they would unlock the cells and turn El Salvador back into an open-air prison with 6 million inmates, all while they philosophize from afar about the poor, underprivileged Third World.
