Applying for jobs lately. I have a great job with good benifits. It’s a state job in a blue state. We’re not required to be vaccinated. Looking at going private again with some larger building control companies. They still require “full vac” not boostered. Looks like I’ll stay?😂

The bio and nitrogen benifits are huge kickbacks. Barns keep the full time producers in business, those pockets are what’s competing against development.

My full time employment is unionized. I am fare share. The boys were all stoked about their 16% over four year raises and couldn’t figure out why I’m laughing and dropping resumes a year ago. With 6.2% inflation do you think they get it yet...
