I respectfully request that @Carowinds honor the original terms under which the 2025 Gold Season Pass was sold by reinstating complimentary maze access for existing pass holders. Alternatively, I would appreciate a refund or credit to reflect the diminished value of the pass.

At no point during the purchase process was it disclosed by @Carowinds that maze access would require an additional fee in 2025. This change significantly alters the value of the pass and misrepresents what was advertised at the time of sale.
