BIG NEWS. 🚨
We’re excited to officially announce the full-scale rollout of Premier Pitching and Hit Lab training programs at our newest training location in Chesterfield, Missouri.
Over the last several years, we’ve been committed to building systems that help athletes develop at the highest level through objective assessment, individualized programming, and proven training methodologies. Expanding these services into Chesterfield is another major step toward that mission.
We’re especially excited to continue growing alongside Elite Baseball Academy. Their commitment to player development aligns closely with ours, and we’re looking forward to putting our heads together to create the best possible environment for athletes to learn, grow, and perform.
When great people, great coaching, and great systems come together, athletes win.
The future is bright for player development in Chesterfield, and we’re just getting started.

A constraints-led approach shifts the focus from telling athletes how to move → to designing environments that demand better movement.
Here’s how impact actually happens:
Deploy the right constraint
Change the task, space, or information—not the athlete. The goal is to force adaptation, not prescribe positions.
Measure output
Did the ball do what it needed to do? Velocity, shape, command. If it’s not transferring, the constraint isn’t working. Aim for ~70% success to stay in the optimal learning zone.
Calibrate the environment
Adjust difficulty, variability, and intent. Too easy? No adaptation. Too hard? No learning. This is where coaching actually lives.
Let self-organization take over
The body finds efficient solutions when the problem is clear. Clean movement isn’t coached—it’s discovered.
The environment becomes the coach.
If you’re still chasing mechanical perfection with constant verbal cueing, you’re skipping the system that actually drives change.
Design better problems. Get better outcomes.

A few weeks back attended another awesome event put on by @ScoutConnectBB. I led the event in bat speed (72.90), third in average exit velo (89.43)and had a max exit velo of 97. @DeegsBaseball puts on the best events in the area.
Had to go all out on this one 🔥

OF Lucas Parker (Jefferson City, 2027) took some of my favorite BP rounds of yesterday’s #SCFallGames.
Short, compact swing from both sides of the plate with strength.
Controlled the barrel, sprayed line drives back up the middle.
