@RepLuna So we need to pass legislation to stop .0001% of fraud from the total ballots cast in 2024 (roughly 1 in a million or fewer)?

@hutchinson@UncleGeorge0 You are missing a key understanding of big money in politics and how the DNC and media is structured. People vote against their own interests all the time... so again horrible take.
@hutchinson Corruption is the problem and the DNC is corrupted... The person who spends the most money in elections wins the vast majority of the times it's just fact. These are truly horrible takes!
@hutchinson When did you become a shill for the democratic establishment? You getting checks from big donors and/or the DNC because these takes are bad and ill informed. There are literally books written from folks in the DNC explaining how the DNC rigged the primary against Bernie
@hutchinson This is a horrible take... The DNC is rigged, progressives have already convinced voters, just look at polling on policies and who are the most popular/trusted in the DNC. They demand current leaders to get out of the way because THEY ARE PROBLEM. https://t.co/hW4HD03FjP
Bernie, AOC, and Zohran are way more popular than Schumer or Jefferies, so when mainstream Dems say they are worried about what those politicians will do to their brand, they are talking about w/donors not voters. Keeping the cash flow going is more important to them than winning
The elite panic over @ZohranKMamdani's win is not about his strong-but-hardly-radical agenda.
The intensity of elites' freakout signals their bigger fear: for the first time, they couldnt buy an election, which makes them fear they may be losing power.

@BJNewsTW@kenklippenstein But a rigged system that exploits workers does. Bezos wouldn't be able to afford a 50 million dollar wedding if the system was fair. His wealth is as large as it is because of corruption! In addition, he has workers fighting for unions because they feel unsafe and underpaid.
"The Democratic base is fed up, done with the Democratic establishment."
"Nationally, the vast majority of Democrats think that their party leaders should be replaced."

Following last night’s #NYCMayor primary results, a lot of people are just now noticing that New York has a high immigrant population.
Nevertheless, if ⅓ of NYC is foreign-born now, that’s actually a lower share than it was before WW1 when 41% of New Yorkers were immigrants.
