@theeSNYDERVERSE If The Penguin can copy The Batman’s style with a different team and smaller budget, I’m sure Soderbergh will do just fine with Reeves’ screenplay and same creative team.
@thedealsguy_ I think today was just a marketing stunt. Those things sold out in 10 seconds. So now they’ll get the headlines of how quick they sold out, and they’ll get people wanting them just cause they’re in-demand, and when the 15th hits, they’ll sell twice as many.
@bookshelfbattle@Todd_Spence I imagine there was some real jealously among other SNL cast members when Murphy hosted. Personally, if I were Lorne, I wouldn’t want that drama.
The funniest part about streaming was that we were promised cheaper, simpler entertainment without cable. Now every service keeps raising its price, adding ads and splitting everything across different subscriptions. Keep this up and I’m genuinely going back to cable. At least then I only had to hate one bill.

@MattWalshBlog Today they’re called “toys”. Back in the day, they were called “collectibles” or “knick knacks”. Adults have always wanted to hold onto childhood just a little bit longer; stores are just meeting that demand better these days.
@DiscussingFilm You have to wonder where this is going, cause the price increases aren’t matching wage increases. At some point, people will have to start canceling. I’m thinking of starting a subscription schedule, say, Disney+ for x months and HBO Max for y months.
