Hey @DoorDash for some reason you are trying to force me to pay for items I didn't receive which I will not let happen. Please DM me. Your customer service is absolutely horrendous.
@DoorDash_Help I need you guys to get engaged on a customer service issue. Having a real hard time getting a refund for items not received and your CS line isn't helping. I will not be forced to pay for something I didn't receive. I won't let this go until you do the right thng
