@seanr1969@Cycliq@MichaelAshurst@andrewdisley I’d say most likely not. I regret buying mine too. The power button doesn’t even work. 6 weeks of “try this” and now send them numerous photos. I can deal with a faulty product but not faulty support.
Not particularly interested in a longer term customer relationship with companies that make products that, when the POWER button doesn’t work, they don’t support you.
I want to love @Cycliq but after 6 weeks of non-support for a unit that doesn’t power on (new out of box), I have no faith in the company or product support. This should have been resolved 5 weeks ago.
Bought it. Took it out of the box. Turned it on, worked for one ride. Has never turned on since then. Sunny and 72F. They said did I ride get it wet? Nope. Formatted 2 cards. Used THEIR @Cycliq SD card, didn’t work. A Sandisk card that’s working in front (Cycliq 12).
Their response says 24-48 hours. It’s been 6 weeks now and I still don’t have an RMA. No longer getting timely responses from support. They dropped this customer, I guess? Last email I received was that they’re really busy and sorry...that was 2 weeks ago.
