@askryanair your app gave me wrong info & my flight took off without me-delayed FR507-app saying rescheduled to 1720 & gate 25 & it will keep me updated. In reality it took off before 5PM from gate 26 with no app updates. Virtual chat down after 1hr+ que. Can I get a refund plz?
