Content creator Mama LuLu criticized individuals flaunting luxury funded by taxpayers' money in a TikTok video posted by user otakoyakisoba on Wednesday, August 27.

"Money can't buy class talaga. Kasi harap-harapan ninanakawan ang taong bayan," she said, pointing out that while many Filipinos suffer from poverty, floods, and lack of access to education, some continue to showcase wealth allegedly drawn from public funds.

Mama LuLu also warned against normalizing corruption disguised as lifestyle content, saying: "It's not cancel culture, it's holding people accountable." She urged the public, especially the youth, to call out injustices and carefully choose who they give platforms to.
