@EM_RESUS Not sure of the unifying diagnosis but there is severely reduced biventricular function, pericardial effusion with sonographic suggestion of tamponade (right atrial collapse), and large thrombi in the posterior aspect of the LV apex. A cardiomyopathy or inflammatory process.

@TheEconomist The usual propaganda. The image on the left never existed — that is the UN partition plan which was rejected and therefore those borders were never actualized. The image in the middle are the 1948 borders at which time gaza was occupied by Egypt and the West Bank by Jordan.
