@Airtel_Presence posted a billing query of my airtel fiber services 4 days back after wasn't able to get solution on help centre of airtel app and on customer care number. Agent here asked to share details via DM. 4 days and still no response or resolution on dm or anywhere.

@Airtel_Presence Bill generated for the airtel xtreme premium play which was a free reward with my Airtel air fiber plan. Now 3 months of bill for wortel xtreme shows due? Is that how airtel loot hidden charges? Generating bill on free reward services? Plz resolve.

@JioCare Pathetic Customer service ever. Had raised relocation request for Jio-Fiber service from WB to GJ and Wi-Fi installation was scheduled today, but day is ending and no update of any tech arrival. Plus, wifi service shows cancelled in My-Jio app & TolF no. No email revert.

@myntra Prepaid order was supposed to be delivered on 4th but kept showing me delivery failed already from 2nd & without anyone attempting delivery. Raised complaint for same after which they just showed 3 more failed attempts without even trying it. 6 dy of issue & no resolution

@airtelbank Hii, i had done my transaction through my debit card and the transaction is not visible in history. I tried filed a complaint in airtel app regarding this & first it showed me registered. After checking again, it shows no complaints raised. Even the bill hasn't been paid yet.

@Airtel_Presence Hey airtel team, my free Amazon prime video mobile edition reward with pack recharge isn't getting claimed. On my airtel thanks app it shows claimed but isn't working in Amazon prime app.. please sort it out for me. Revert back.
